The MIS flight has a small staff to support approximately 250 end users and 450 end user devices.

Resolves tickets that can be resolved at the Service Desk or escalates tickets in a timely manner to appropriate element 1.

Documents all incident and support requests initiated at the Systems front desk at the point of customer contact utilizing MHS Service Helpdesk IT Service Management System consisting of approximately 50 tickets per week 1.

Provides customer service to approximately 300 MDG and tenant organizations staff customers visiting or calling the Systems Service Desk 1.

Resets and unlocks accounts IAW with established procedures utilizing Active Directory 1.
